Your license
When you download or purchase Termi, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it on Macs you own or control, subject to these terms and any terms presented at purchase.
Responsible use
Termi helps you run and manage macOS customization workflows. You are responsible for reviewing commands and settings before applying them, maintaining backups, and using the app in compliance with applicable laws and Apple’s platform rules.
Restrictions
You may not copy, resell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute Termi except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Updates and refunds
Updates may be provided from time to time. Purchase, billing, and refund terms are governed by the checkout or distribution service used for your order.
No warranty and liability
Termi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Termi evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
